OUR LESSONS
Beginner lessons
A programme suitable for swimmers aged 4 and above. Learn in a safe environment with quality instructors. A free assessment will be required to ensure you are in the right group.
Intermediate lessons
For a swimmer who has developed from the learner pool and ready to swim in the 25 meter pool. A natural progression from the beginner lessons, a free assessment is only required if joining from other programmes.
Advanced lessons
Coming through the advanced groups, the squad lessons will start working on fitness, technique and developing stamina. Available to swimmers who have been on the CitySwim pathway. New swimmers will need a free assessment.
Private lessons
Looking for specific ‘one on one’ lessons in a private pool? Suitable for both young and old alike and people of all skill ranges.
Aquatic sports
Training for water polo, triathlon, swimming, surf life saving and any other sport requiring water stamina. Ideal for clubs, organised groups and individuals looking to better their fitness.
Adult Lessons
We offer multiple options for adult swimmers including beginner lessons, squad swimming and private lessons.

Our pool, the Aquadome, is located at Wellington East Girls’ College on Paterson Street in Mt Victoria.
From Paterson Street turn into the Wellington East driveway marked Gate A, this is just below the school’s main gates. Follow the driveway all the way up to the netball courts and the Aquadome is on the left next to the gym.
Please drive slowly and only park in allocated spots.
