Adult Squads

Overview

Depending on the swimmer’s ability training will typically be between 2.5km-3.5km in a 1.15hour session.

Ideal for swimmers wanting to improve their swimming technique while also working on their fitness, speed and endurance.

Training will include a combination of skill and drill based technique work, aerobic conditioning, speed training, and a variety of kick and pull sets.

 

Coaches

Gary Hurring – Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist; World Championship Silver Medallist, Olympic Games triple Finalist. NZ Olympic Coach (London 2012  and Rio 2016). 

Kelly Bentley – NZ World Championship representative; NZ record holder, NZ Swimming High Performance Coach.

Georgia Hind - NZ International representative, NZ Open Water Champion

 

When and Where

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 6am-7:15am
