This programme is aimed at swimmers who have basic swimming ability and want to progress to being able to swim continuously with correct technique over longer distances.
Training is centered around improving freestyle technique and building to be able to swim laps continuously.
Sessions will include a wide variety of drills and skills that help swimmers improve their swimming ability and stamina.
When and Where
Training is once a week on Monday evenings at 5.30pm and takes place at the Aquadome in Mount Victoria, detailed directions can be found here.
