Depending on the individuals level of ability, swimmers will complete between 2.5-3.5 Kilometres in a typical training session. Training is a combination of skill/drill based technique work, aerobic conditioning, speed training, and a variety of kick, band-only (bands provided) and pull sets.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday*, and Friday mornings from 6-7:15. *Wednesday mornings at Freyberg pool. All other training sessions are at the Aquadome.
