This programme is aimed at swimmers who have basic water confidence and want to progress to being able to swim continuously with correct technique.
Training is centered around teaching correct freestyle breathing technique and building confidence to be able to swim laps continuously.
Sessions will include a wide variety of drills and skills that help swimmers improve their swimming ability and stamina.
When and Where
Training is once a week on Wednesday evenings at 5.30pm and takes place at the Aquadome in Mount Victoria, detailed directions can be found here.
